After getting up late we had breakfast at the Sabitini’s restaurant, and then came back to the cabin to read and relax. The sea was rough while we were in the North Sea and the first part of the Irish Sea. It calmed down the further south we went.
Later in the morning Judi went down to the Casino to “talk to the machines”. I went to the atrium to read. About an hour later Judi showed up with winnings of around $110.00. She says that “the machines talk to her” and I believe it. We then had lunch in the Atrium and then came back to the room.
I had a meeting of all the service club members. It turned out that there were 5 Rotarians at the meeting and no one else. Two of the Rotary members were from Kirksville, MO.
We had dinner in the Boticelli dining room. It was the Captain’s farewell dinner. We said goodbye to our new friends from Colorado and Vancouver, Canada. Then it was back to the room to read and get ready for bed and prepare for our tour tomorrow.
